Gazpacho

Gazpacho

2 cups chopped fresh and tastiest tomatoes you can afford

1 cup chopped green pepper

3 teaspoons grated garlic

1 cup minced parsley or 1/2 cup minced cilantro

1/2 cup finely diced onion

2 avocados, diced

1 quart spicy V-8

salt and pepper to taste

1 package thawed colossal cooked shrimp

juice of two limes


In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Chill for at least an hour and serve with crusty bread.
